Booking a Transfer with UEMURA is very simple! Enter your user, select within the Transfer services. Indicate the details of your trip, access our transportation options and choose the one fits the needs of your experience. Once you are satisfied with your selection. Place the passenger's information including the mobile phone number, email address and payment details. 

  • If the transfer is from an airport, it is essential that you provide your flight number. By providing this information in UEMURA we will make sure that your flight is tracked and the time of your transfer will be according to possible delays or arrivals in advance.  
  • When your transfer is to an airport, please send us the pick-up time you want, instead of the departure time of your flight.

In UEMURA you can buy a reservation when and how you wish. At the time of your reservation, observe the specifications of dates and the platform will always say if there is availability.

If the main provider has not yet accepted your reservation request, you can cancel it without problems. In UEMURA We will not charge you anything, not even the commission for UEMURA service.

However, if all your service is already confirmed by third parties, the cancellation policy that the provider considers necessary within its policies will apply. 

To cancel an accepted reservation request:  Write us to: info@uemura.eu with your request, contact details and we will assist you as soon as possible.

At UEMURA we focus on providing you with the best experiences. It is important to have an alternative way of contact in case of emergency. 

This in case your driver can not locate you at the site or pick up time. 

Please be sure to enter your full contact number including the corresponding international dialing code.

It is not necessary to review your existing reservation with us, at the time of making your reservation and payment will be confirmed and automatically appear in your user and travel zone that you have booked.

If any eventuality occur, if possible, contact us through our customer service portal or if you have the number of the provided on your confirmation voucher inform them of any delay.

Whenever possible, our provider will reorganize your trip. If your delay is more than 3 hours, you will have to arrange your alternative transportation and request a refund from your airline or ship. 

  • In case your return flight changes during your trip, please contact us through our our customer service portal or if you have the number provided on your confirmation voucher reconfirm your pick-up time. 
  • In the event that there is a delay in your return service, we will contact you as soon as possible and we will provide the service as soon as possible.
