Thats why ur hotel providers will offer the best for you staying, we recommend you to ask at reception if you are already at the hotel.

Normally hotels provide an extra bed for a small fee. However, it always depends on the hotel and availability. We recommend you check with your hotel directly or send an email to: info@uemura.eu with your request, contact details and we will assist you as soon as possible.

In UEMURA you have all the tools to choose the places you want to stay. 

It is very simple, Enter your user, select within the Hotel services. Indicate the details of your trip, access the hotel options and choose the option that fits the needs of your experience. Once you are satisfied with your selection. Place the travelers information that you require for the trip, and also email address and payment details.

Normally most of the experiences and reservations are friendly for disabled people. However, it always depends on the main provider. We recommend you check directly before your reservation or write in the customer service portal and we will guide you through the process.

With UEMURA you can enjoy your stays with as many people as you want. In your reservation section, you can make an automatic reservation with up to 5 people normally. Remember that you can have the multiuser tool that will facilitate your group experiences.

Yes of course! You can change to a higher category room or service in advance.
Enter UEMURA go to the hotel section  and make the necessary modifications. 
Keep in mind that modifying the type of service will also affect the final price.

In UEMURA We will not charge you anything, not even the commission for UEMURA service.  However, by third parties, the Policy that the provider considers necessary will apply.


If you wish to change the especifications once the service has started, you should contact the direct provider or write to info@uemura.eu for more information on availability and changes that may occur.

Once the reservations and purchase process is complete, a confirmation will appear on your screen and you will receive an e-mail with the status of the reservation (confirmed or pending confirmation).

You can also check the status in the Reservations section.

We recommend checking your email within 24/48 hours after your purchase to verify that you have received the confirmation email along with the voucher that will validate it in the establishment.

If the main stay provider has not yet accepted your reservation request, you can cancel it without problems. In UEMURA We will not charge you anything, not even the commission for UEMURA service.
 
 However, if a stay is already confirmed by third parties, the cancellation policy that the provider considers necessary within its policies will apply.

 To cancel a pending reservation request:
 
 Enter your site UEMURA see your reservations. Find the reservation request you want to cancel and click Cancel request.
